Across 10 hours of private support, you’ll learn powerful tools and simple mindset techniques to help you feel calm, confident and ready for birth.
Sessions are flexible, relaxed and held in the comfort of your home, designed to work around you, or online via Zoom.
Group Hypnobirthing Course
Join a small, supportive group and learn everything you need to feel calm, confident and prepared for birth.
You’ll get the full Ready to Birth course, a chance to ask questions, and the reassurance of shared experiences — all in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Perfect if you enjoy learning alongside others and want to feel part of a positive, empowering space.
Intensive Hypnobirthing Course
This 3 hour intensive session is perfect for those closer to their due date or unable to attend a full course.
Whether it’s your first baby or your hoping for a more positive experience this time, this focused session gives you the essential tools and confidence to approach birth feeling informed, calm and confident.
This is a private, personalised session, tailored to you. Held via zoom or in person.
Pricing & Booking:
The full 1:1 Hypnobirthing Course is £300.
A £60 deposit is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your course begins.
Monthly payment plans are available upon request.
The Intensive Hypnobirthing Course is £150.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the course begins.
